At the same meeting I asked the SNP/Libdem administration if they could confirm that on March 31st last year there was £52m in reserves. They said yes but that it was allocated to various headings. I agreed but pointed out that on at least 3 occasions that I could identify, the money had been moved from one heading to another. In other words, it can be moved from "allocated" headings to the "unallocated", infact that has already been done.
Given that fact, why does the administration continue to accuse us of lying when we point out that, far from being broke, there are £52m of reserves. Who is telling the truth here?
