So high schools are “safe from the SNP/Libdem Axe”. Allegedly. Thing is, any primary school closure plan will affect high schools so although the “axe” many not be there right for High Schools, now it could re-appear any minute if more than one primary school in any cluster is closed. That's why this process still needs to look at the whole estate and not isolate primary schools from the other sectors. This cannot be a divide and rule process.
And you can be sure that those schools on the hit list will be gearing up for a fight as we speak.
