Not a good day for Scottish Labour Party

An astonishing day to be a member of the Labour Party, ( you can read some of the press commentary see here and here ). I have gone from deep despair to a sense that its more than the Labour Party that suffers if we allow decisions to be made based on a trial by media and so Wendy should stand up and tough it out

It won’t be pretty and it will require Herculean strength on her part, but the Party needs her to lead from the front whilst it allows the right and proper scrutiny of its affairs by the Electoral Commission. They and only they can investigate with true independence and can ensure that the truth be told. Only once that has happened then proper decisions can be made about what next for the Party or any of its members.
