Progress despite no action

And I was right! They suggested No Action on my motion on Lismore Rugby Club. The LibDem SNP administration claimed that they had agreed to have a motion at the Culture and Leisure committee but no-one else can remember it.

However, the good news is that action seems to be happening and the project will go ahead. It does not say much for this administrations grip on the rudder that it took a delegation from Lismore Club and pressure from myself and others to get action on something that should have been straightforward.
