Another new school in doubt?

Fears over the ability (or is it willingness?) of the LibDem/SNP administration to deliver the new Craigroyston Community High school were raised at the Policy and resources committee which flagged up that the project is running behind time, (see here). The excuses given where demolition and utilities found that were "not known about."

Given that the demolition finished ahead of schedule and the land was always in our ownership and had our houses on it then these seem flimsy reasons.

What, I wonder, is the real reason? Another suggested saving?
